Organization and Support - Organization and Support Committee is responsible for developing yearly training opportunities for members to attend. Also develops and administers chapter education for newly forming chapters.
Fundraising - Fundraising Committee is responsible for overseeing the organization's overall fundraising efforts. Works with the board to establish a yearly fundraising plan that will provide the organization with enough funding to operate efficiently. Also seeks out potential sponsors for events, scholarships and overall organization funding.
Social/Awards- Social and Awards Committee is responsible for planning and implementing all social events at numerous professional events throughout the year.
Scholarship - Scholarship Committee is responsible in the recruitment and solicitation of college students and professionals for scholarship opportunities. Participates in the interview and selection process. Scholarships are presented to professionals and students throughout the year.
Any MILS member is eligible to serve on a committee of their choice if available. Only members in the ACTIVE category are eligible to serve as committee chair. STUDENT and SPONSORED members cannot serve as a committee chair. First priority will be give to ACTIVE members when committee assignments are designated.

Men in Leisure Services offers social gatherings throughout the year and will be present at events such as the CPRS Conference, SCMAF Institute and many others in Southern California.
